RadioMaster Boxer led spacer low profile – 3D model .stl

I bought the radiomaster led rings but when trying to install them I noticed that the included spacers cause the stock screws to become too short. It might also limit stick travel but I haven’t been able to test that.

So I fired up Fusion360 to model some low profile spacers. The idea for the double slot rings was to not block the light too much, but that was not needed in hindsight. The leds are BRIGHT.

Did Matthew Croughan point you towards mobile-NixOS on the oneplus 6? He did for me. How’s that going btw?

Despite how supported the phone is, I need more for personal use. I bought a lg v60 soc sm8250 hoping I can manage the same as the op6 with mobile-NixOS.
I need the stylus support and fancy the dual screen.

I wonder why? Or for that matter, what made the op6 so supported? And how far off it might be to find similar support on the aforementioned device?

I realize postmarketos is a good gauge of this. It looks sort of grim, as the sm8250 is not a focus of the pmOS devs. I did find a bunch of lineageOS AOSP projects but it’s not a phoneputer then.

Any thoughts? I want to piggyback the latest development for this device when it comes to custom roms. And somehow magically utilize patches and mainline to do what I need.

Hi, yes I discovered mobile-nixos through Matthew, I agree more is needed for this to be usable as a daily.
I’m afraid I can’t help you with getting the v60 to work, I did also experiment a bit with trying to get some postmarketOS fixes onto the oneplus, but I have left that behind for now. I hope someone smarter than me picks up the axe and gets the sm8250 to a usable state as a daily. That would be the dream!
